How to tape up your hands before a fight
Let’s go beat someone up! But no seriously, does this prevent pain or something ? What do these bandages actually serve ?
It keeps your bones aligned to prevent injury, compresses soft tissue to make the fist more rigid, and pads the knuckles. Skull bones are sturdier than hand bones, and even if you know what you’re doing there’s a high risk of damaging your metacarpals if you punch someone barehanded. It’s why they recommend if you find yourself in a fight unprepared to bunt their nose with the butt of your palm, because if the other person tucks their head and you end up hitting their forehead instead it’ll do a lot less damage to your palm than your knuckles.
Tumblr teach’n you how to fucks someone’s shit up.
MEET FALCOR! ISN’T HE CUTE? HE NEEDS SOME HELP!
This sweet little dachshund needs help and since I’m not totally sure I can help out myself this month (money is pretty tight), I figured I could see if Tumblr could help. We all like animals, right?
Well, the owner of this sweet little dog is Elisabeth. She’s pregnant with her very first child! Pretty exciting, right? Well, with this little pup needing surgery and the new baby close at hand, their finances are SUPER tight. If you think you could help out by pitching in anything at all, it would make their lives so much easier. I know around Thanksgiving (for us Americans) and Christmas, many of us are tightening our belts a bit so we can buy that perfect gift for someone. I know this isn’t the best time for most people to be donating. (Don’t I know it.)
"Falcor has a mass pushing on his spine that isn’t allowing him use of his back legs. He needs surgery to be able to run and play again.
When Elisabeth arrived home after work yesterday, she was not greeted with kisses and enthusiasm from Falcor as she usually is. She found him not being able to use his back legs. After spending the night in the Animal ER, a number of tests and an MRI, the doctors have found that he has a mass on his spinal cord that is restricting his movement. He is scheduled to have surgery as soon as possible to remove the mass. They are hopeful that Falcor will do well with surgery and be able to run and play again.
The Vet bills are adding up fast, and with the arrival of Baby Matilda coming soon, financially things are very restricted for Elisabeth and Ryan. Any assistance you could offer would be greatly appreciated. ”
If you think you can help, PLEASE DONATE HERE!!! If you can’t donate, please share to see if there’s anyone else out there who can!
Hey everyone, I know that this isn’t rat related but cutie3pnt14159 has been a LONG long time follower of the blog and a good friend of theirs needs help with their pet! If you could donate or reblog if you would like to, that would be great. Thanks :3
